Payment
The deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled less than 90 days prior to the event.

Re-edits
Technical errors will be corrected free of charge. Client-requested changes to their video will be charged at the prevailing daily edit rate. We will supply you with a preliminary edit for you to check before the final copy/copies are made. A charge will be made to correct any errors reported after the final copy is supplied.

Delivery of Product
The editing process takes 6-8 weeks from the date of the wedding.

Music Choice
Any particular music chosen by the client for the edited video has to be supplied before the filming of the event .If no music choice is given we will choose the music and a charge will be made for subsequent changes. Any changes to the edited video will be charged at the daily rate. There is a licence fee for the use of commercial music included on DVDs/videos. If you opt not to pay this fee you accept responsibility for the payment and clearance of music used and absolve Ben Clowes from breaking any copyright laws.

Copyright
Ben Clowes retains the copyright to all material recorded by him or cameramen employed by him.

Disclaimer
Every effort will be made to ensure your event is recorded in full on the day. A back-up camera is carried to minimise problems caused by equipment failure and this is also used to film certain parts of the event from a different angle. No liability is accepted for failure of performance due to any other circumstances beyond our control.

Complaints
Any complaints must be received in writing no more than 14 days after receipt of final product.
